Gopalan Balagopal: I am twice retired - from the IAS and UNICEF. Spend my time doing some consulting mostly in Africa and advocating for better nutrition and for the protection of children in India. Am also conscious about the limited time we have to do what we need to conserve the environment I am very concerned about the all pervasive corruption and would like to do what I can to create a better future for my children and grand-children.
